Big Pharma vs Vitamins & Supplements
I saw a news report the other night condemning all the things that are being advertised in the media concerning what is good for us when it comes to our health. Makes me wonder who is behind these allegations. They know who they are.
Yes I go on line to see what’s better for my health. And, yes I know there are scammers looking to take advantage of people. I have been scammed on a few occasions. My bad. To be fair I have also been taken in by doctors and the pharmaceutical industry. It’s pretty sad when you don’t know who you can trust. The only thing you can really do is take a chance on one or the other and hope for the best. Eventually you will come to know who you can trust. Also, in the meantime you might become sicker. Sorry to say. If you have read my blog or my books you will understand what I’m talking about. And believe me I’m not the only victim. I have read quite a few accounts of people who have been burned because of scams and lies on both sides. It’s getting harder and harder to see what the truth is. Even AI is getting involved. Kevin Trudeau said it best. “It’s all about the money “, on both sides. In the end the choice is yours. Do the research, don’t take anything at face value.

Dreams:
Have you ever heard the expression, “Pinch me, I think I’m dreaming “. Keep this in mind as you read this article.
I read on facebook that when you dream it’s impossible to read when you are dreaming. So last night while I was dreaming I set out to prove or disprove it. It just so happened that I had this dream that I was in this large room with a long table and it had hundreds of stacks of pamphlets on it. It did not occur to me at the time to try to read them. My thought was to try to organize them because they were not all facing the same way. I know it was just a dream but for some reason it hit me, I should try to read them. And so I did or so I tried. I could make out some of the words but there were no real sentences. All of a sudden the room was full of people. Some I recognized and most I didn’t. So I started mingling with them and I approached a few and I asked them if they could read the pamphlets and they couldn’t . At one point I picked up a reader’s digest size book of an Archie comic. I tried to read it and zilch. It may as well be Chinese.
Now that I have your attention, could you do me a favour. The next time you have a dream about reading, let me know if you can read in your dream. As I am writing this I know I’m not dreaming, because I can read it. Which proves nothing.
