Have you ever been told by your doctor that the medication that they are giving you will work wonders? Exactly. I have, and guess what, it worked. Why? Is it because it worked or is because of the placebo effect? We really don’t know for sure. It can go either way. It depends on you. If you have a strong belief in that meditation, it works or maybe not. It all depends on your belief, not the medication. Maybe, and I think maybe the medication has nothing to do with it. Just a thought. That’s what I’m all about, thought. I’m a free thinker, are you?
